Well, the biking does help, but I didn't always do that. Watching what I eat is the real help. My metabolism at this age is asleep, and it is very hard to stay at a decent weight. So I have to be very careful with food. I also exercise. Not fanatically, but enough to make a small difference.
great photo - i want to spend an hour there photographing every angle. (My visits may be sparse over the next week - adventure awaits ) ....i don't like to give d etails over the net - but will talk about it later.
